Valpantena Global Oil and Gas Company Limited has been established as an oil marketing and exploration company in Nigeria. Our traditional business model is based on the accomplishment of business activities in the oil and petroleum products markets in Africa.
Based on the decision of the company to diversify our oil prospects; we have now established this corporation in Port Harcourt and Warri.
The revenues of our company are expected to be nearly US$1,500,000 per month depending on the variables that are factored in with investments in the oil industry. There is a great need for certified or official bank checks in the future to deal with some oil transactions. In addition to petroleum investments, the company has invested portions of its assets in the purchase and sale of securities such as stocks and bonds as well as Forex trading on global markets.

Valpantena Global Oil and Gas Company Limited conducts petroleum marketing as well as consulting. The company undertakes all maintenance duties for crude oil facilities and organizations and conducts all the security and surveillance for the products.
Financial Considerations:
The Company expects to reach the desired profits in the first year and does not anticipate serious cash flow problems. We believe that the average profitability per month for the first 3 years will be sufficient. However, we have current borrowing from the Bank of America, Access bank PLC and Zenith bank PLC to be paid off in 3 years. Most of the company’s liabilities come from management investment.
